Bruce DeSilva, former Courant reporter and writing coach, will be in Hartford July 19 to speak about his new novel, “Cliff Walk” He is to appear at the Hartford Public Library at 6 p.m. and will be signing copies. “It would be nice to see some of my own colleagues,” he says.
