It shouldn’t be surprising – but it is in a way – that there is yet another delay in the ruling for Tribune to exit bankruptcy.
What would be entirely appropriate, though – given this judge’s previous penchant for scheduling some hearings or milestones in the case on dates close to holidays – would be if this case is wrapped up very close to Independence Day.
Contrarily, the story points out that there are parties that will be contesting issues in this case for a long time to come.
Hopefully, Paul will continue to keep us informed …
