Among the Tribune Co.’s emergence from bankruptcy scenarios, I vote for the clawback option. (See paragraph 10.) I hate it when people get rich off of others’ misery, and that is exactly what the pre-Zell Tribune management did when it unloaded the company into the shadow of the Valley of Debt.
