More On The Judge’s Poll

More on how the bankruptcy judge will proceed to take his straw poll among creditors to help him determine whether taking the Tribune Co. private was a “fraudulent conveyance.” If the judge has any stones, he will have the company’s final “disclosure” document put online so those of us in the ESOP can read it.
