The Rollover Judge

I would be mightily surprised if bankruptcy Judge Kevin Carey did anything to upset the Tribune Co.’s plan to emerge from bankruptcy. He has consistently gone along with even the most lopsided of company requests. But the court is making a show of it anyway.
