The advent of big news recently has brought another local news site into my view of the expanding journalistic galaxy. This one out of Madison — a town that used to be covered regularly by The Courant “back in the day” — is probably another example of where local news coverage is going in the near future.

By the way, I am not describing Inside Madison.com as “hyper-local.” This is a town news site… and a pretty decent one, at that.
