The Courant is adding more firepower to its Capitol coverage by shifting Amanda Falcone off local news and onto the Capitol desk with Chris Keating, Jon Lender and Daniela Altimari. Certainly this  session will merit the coverage, given the fiscal mess in store.

So is someone filling her beat in Wethersfield/Rocky Hill, or does that mean less local news for a while?
