Former Reader Representative Henry McNulty has a Courant trivia question:
Joseph R. Hawley was editor of The Courant starting in 1866, and President of the Hartford Courant Company from 1900 to 1905. What product, found in many supermarkets (including Stop & Shop), still bears the name of Joseph R. Hawley on its packaging as part of a testimonial to its high quality?
I presume that, someday, Henry will send us the answer.

I for one would love to know the answer to this. I’ve even looked around at Stop and Shop, trying to get ideas.
