Shelly Sindland’s suit against Fox 61 got some national  attention recently — from the Fox News network:

I’ve got to say, these analysts were pretty fast and loose with the facts — confusing the news director for the general manager, for instance. They were more supportive of her hostile work environment claim than her age discrimination case, but at no time did they mention that she was handed a $13,000 pay cut with her new contract.

I heard, by the way, that Fox 61 is considering a name change that they think will be more appealling to viewers: Fox 21.
