One point raised in Shelly Sindland’s age and gender discrimination complaint against Tribune is this, and we quote:

In approximately September 2008, I approached [news director Bob] Rockstroh about my concerns that the respondent [Tribune] was committing ethical violations related to receiving payment for news stories. I was told by Rockstroh that “you are not going to win this one.”

Hmm.
