The Courant is reporting this morning that the newly appointed executive assistant to the publisher was found dead in what police believe was a murder-suicide. Until recently, Alice M. Morrin of Vernon had been an assignment editor for Fox 61. Her husband, James C. Morrin, also was found dead. One child fled the scene while police were there; another was found safe inside.
