Hey, there’s an opening for an Executive Assistant to the CEO, president and publisher at The Courant/Fox 61.
This person will provide “varied, complex and sometimes highly confidential administrative support” to the top guy and a few other top execs.
Diane Green is screening the resumes.
I am resisting the temptation to make a snarky comment, despite the multiple opportunities.

You’re a good man, Paul, to resist the cheap and demeaning opportunities to crack wise that the job might have something to do with midnight rendesvous at dark parking lots, handling early-a.m. phone calls from other pickled staffers the publisher is soooooo eager to rescue in his hands-on school of management. A lesser soul might have taken the bait to point out the new “position” the publisher seeks as some sort of non-missionary-position more suitable to automobiles but you didn’t. Good for you.
Good for you, Paul. I want to echo Denis’ remarks.
Is this someone to replace Cathy LeRoy or is she still there?
Another layer of (mis) management. My gosh in some areas they are two or three deep; the level of incompetence within is as ripe as a flesh-tone banana.
