She worked in the state system when it was a sprawling empire. I don’t remember whether she was in the Manchester or Enfield bureau, or at both, but in any event, these days, like many of us, she’s in a world of hurt.

Delma was the assistant bureau chief in Enfield in 1986. It’s terrible to hear what she’s going through. I hope she can pull out of this situation.
