I’m sure this news has spread through the ranks like wild fire.  Tribune’s severance benefits going forward are cut in half.

It’s the sort of news that reaffirms the decision many of us made to bail out in July. It also makes me fear for my fellow journalists who are still faithfully towing the Tribune company barge.
