Former assistant nightside editor Kent Miles reports that he is doing well in Atlanta at the Journal-Constitution. 

Months after he arrived there on the copy desk, the Newsroom Cutback syndrome struck the paper, leaving him a reporter in Cobb County, 17 miles outside the city. He now covers county government and politics, and unlike many of us, is totally and completely gainfully employed.
