Martineau Lands New Job

Here’s a bit of good news.

Former Courant pit bull Kim Martineau has landed a job as a science writer at Columbia University’s Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory in New York.

Here's Kim at the July mass going away party at the Red Rock. She's talking with Bill Weir.

Kim, as many of you know, specializes is exhaustive and relentless reporting, squeezing every last ounce of information out of her subjects. Hopefully she will not be assigned to write about black holes.

Anyway, good to see a fellow refugee find a new home for her considerable talents, no?

Kim is a graduate of the Columbia School of Jouralism, so she should be feeling right at home about now.
